Section 25(1) in Kerala District Administration Act, 1979
(1)The President and the Vice-President shall before entering upon their offices make and subscribe an oath or affirmation before an officer not below the rank of a Secretary to Government nominated by the Government in this behalf, in form set out in the Third Schedule.
