Section 75(1) in The Punjab Scheduled Castes Land Development & Finance Corporation (Staff) Regulations, 1971
(1)Without prejudice to the provisions of Regulation 74 no employee of the Corporation may be deputed to serve under any other employer without the approval of the Board in the case of officers of the Executive Director in other cases :Provided that no employee may be transferred to foreign service against his will.
