Section 17(1) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(1)The University being a University established under a State Act, it shall also be deemed to be established under section 2(f) of the UGC Act and shall be eligible to apply for application, recognition and , listing by the UGC under section 2(f) and section 22 or under any other section of the UGC Act.
