(44)to delegate any of its powers to the Vice-Chancellor, to a committee from among its own members or to a committee appointed in accordance with the statutes.(b)The Syndicate may consult the Standing Committee on Academic Affairs in respect of any academic matter, whenever it considers such consultation is necessary.
