38. Degrees, Diplomas. - (1) The University shall confer the following Degrees, namely :
(i)Doctors of Letters, Science and Laws ;(ii)Doctor of Philosophy;(iii)Doctor of Medicine and Master of Surgery ;(iv)Master of Philosophy ;(v)Master of Arts, Science, Commerce, Laws, Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary and Animal Husbandry ;(vi)Bachelor with or without Honours of Arts, Science, Commerce ;(vii)Bachelor of Medicine and Surger, Engineering, Technology, Laws, Agricultural Sciences, Veterinary and Animal Husbandry ; and(viii)Such other Bachelors or Masters Degrees as may be prescribed by the Ordinances.(2)The University shall award Diplomas and Certificates in such subjects as may be specified in the Ordinances.
