Section 21(c) in The Orissa State Electricity Board (General Conditions of Supply) Regulations, 1995
(c)Every application for reduction of contract demand shall be accompanied by-(i)such processing fixed by the Board for the particular category of consumer;(ii)Test Report from the licensed electrical Contractor where alterations of installations were involved; and(iii)meter reading of the previous three months.
