(1)All persons who are required to supervise the handing of hazardous substances shall possess the following qualifications and experience :-(a)(i)A Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Diploma in Chemical Engineering or Technology with five years experience; or(ii)A Master's Degree in Chemistry or a Degree in Chemical Engineering or Technology with two years experience.The experience stipulated above shall be in process operation and maintenance in the Chemical Industry.
