Section 4(b) in The Punjab Livestock and Birds Diseases Act, 1948
(b)include in the Schedule any communicable disease of [livestock or birds] [Substituted for the words 'Animal' or 'an animal' by Punjab Act 33 of 1961, Section 4.] to which it is expedient in their opinion that the provisions of this Act should apply.
