Section 75(2) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(2)The seal be affixed only by the order of the State Council, or when the State Council is not sitting by the order of the Executive Committee, but its use by the Executive Committee shall be limited to such acts as may be necessary to carry into effect the powers conferred on it by these rules or delegated to it by the State Council.
