Section 17(4) in Manipur International University Act, 2018
(4)The University shall have the powers and is eligible to offer and grant all the degrees/courses at all subjects and at all levels as specified' by the University Grants Commission under section 22 of UGC Act. All the degrees, diplomas, certificates, and titles duly awarded /granted by the University as per rule shall automatically be entitled to be recognized for all the purposes including for employment in all the government and private service.
