(2)The proceedings referred to in sub-section (1), are the following namely:-(a)proceedings under the Indian Succession Act, 1925 of the Central Legislature, which cannot be disposed of by District Delegates; an(b)proceedings under the Guardians and Wards Act, 1890 of the Central Legislature.
