Section 1 in The Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993.(2)It extends to the whole of Chhattisgarh :Provided that it extends to the Scheduled Areas subject to the exceptions and modifications as are provided in Chapter XIV-A.(3)It shall come into force at once.
