Section 1(3) in Punjab State Aid to Industries Act, 1935

(3)It shall come into force on such [date as the [State] [The Act came into force on the 7th March, 1936, - vide Punjab Government notification No. 1921-I & L 1936/7815, dated the 6th March, 1936.] Government may, by notification, appoint in this behalf.
