2. Amendment of section 7 Act V of 1961.
- In section 7 of the said Act-(a)after the words "dismiss, suspend or reduce" the words "either in rank or within a time-scale" shall be inserted; and(b)after the existing clause (d), the following clause shall added namely, ;"(e) stoppage of increments."
