State of Jharkhand - Subsection

Section 354(1)(a) in Bihar Education Code, 1961

(a)Not more than two donors, a donor being a person who has donated to the school not less than Rs. 5,000 and not more than Rs. 9,999 in cash or kind. The donors shall be appointed by the District Education Officer. If only one donor is available the number of Director of Public Instruction's nominees shall be tour instead of three as mentioned in sub-rule (c).
