Section 7(iv) in Indian Nursing Council (Nurses Registration & Tracking System) Regulations, 2019
(iv)All the SNRCs shall charge a uniform Renewal Registration Fee as indicated in the Schedule. In case the application for renewal is received after six months of expiry of the five year period after earlier registration, a penalty shall be charged in addition to the renewal fee as indicated in the Schedule.
