Section 72(1) in The Delhi Agricultural Produce Marketing (Regulation) Act, 1998
(1)The Marketing Committee may, for tire purposes of meeting the expenditure on lands, buildings and equipment required for establishing the market, obtain a loan from the Government on such terms and conditions as it may determine.
