Section 20(1) in The Haryana Requisitioning and Acquisition of Immovable Property Act, 1973
(1)The State Government may, by notification, direct that the powers exercisable by it under this Act shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercisable also by an officer subordinate to that Government.
