20. Delegation of powers.
(1)The State Government may, by notification, direct that the powers exercisable by it under this Act shall, in such circumstances and under such conditions, if any, as may be specified in the notification, be exercisable also by an officer subordinate to that Government.(2)All notifications issued under sub-section (1) shall be laid, as soon as may be, before the House of the State Legislature.
