Section 34(ii) in The Orissa Security Prisoners (Conditions of Detention) Order, 1981
(ii)A security prisoner may keep one battery operated transistor radio for his personal use subject to the condition that the use of such radio does not cause inconvenience to other prisoners and that he shall abide by the direction of the Superintendent of the Jail with regard to hours and mode of use.
