Section 42(1) in The Rajasthan Soil and Water Conservation Act, 1964
(1)Any officer or authority empowered to make an inquiry under this Act shall, where no specific provision has been made therefor, make the inquiry in the manner provided in any law relating to revenue inquiries and all the provisions contained in such law shall, as far as may be apply to an inquiry under this Act.
