Section 3(1) in The Rajasthan Technical University Act, 2006
(1)The Chancellor and the first Vice-Chancellor of the University and the first members of the Board and the Academic Council and all persons who may hereafter become such officers or members, so long as they continue to hold such officer or membership, will constitute a body corporate by the name of "Rajasthan Technical University" and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may by that name sue and be sued.
