Section 6 in The Rajasthan Colonisation (Jawai Project Government Lands Allotment and Sale) Rules, 1978
6. Reservation.
- 25% of the Government land in Jawai Project area shall be reserved for allotment at reserve price to:-(i)Panchayat Samitis and Panchayats.(ii)Members of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. The remaining land shall be disposed off by allotment to displaced agriculturists and landless persons but the State Government may reserve any area in Jawai Project for auction.
