Section 9(1)(a) in The Rajasthan Hatching Eggs and Day-Old-Chicks (Regulation of Production, Supply and Sale) Order, 1992

(a)require the owner, occupier or any other person in-charge of business in which or he has reason to believe that any contravention of the provisions of the order or of the conditions of any license issued there-under has been, is being or is about to be committed, to produce any book, accounts or other records showing transactions relating to such contraventions, and take or cause to be taken extract from or copies of such books, accounts or other records produced before it or him;
