Section 21(5) in The Punjab Agricultural University Act, 1961
(5)The Head of the [Department] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965 section 16.] shall be [selected by the Vice-Chancellor and appointed by him with the approval of the Board.] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965 section 8 (4).] The duties, powers and functions of the Heads of [Departments] [Substituted by Punjab Act 12 of 1965 section 16.] shall be such as may be prescribed.
