Section 3 in University of Heatlh Sciences, Karnal Act, 2016
3. Incorporation.
(1)There shall continue to be a body corporate by the name of University of Health Sciences, Karnal comprising the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Director and the members of the Court, the Executive Council, Academic Council and all persons, who may hereafter become or be appointed as such officers or members, so long as they continue to hold such office or membership.(2)The University shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire, hold and dispose of property both movable and immovable and to contract and may by the said name sue or be sued through its Registrar.
