Section 5(1)(ii) in The Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1981

(ii)if the Supervisor so appointed is not the senior-most teacher and his term of appointment as such Supervisor is to expire after the commencement of the Maharashtra Employees of Private Schools (Conditions of Service) (Amendment) Rules, 1984, the Management shall appoint the senior-most teacher eligible for being appointed as an Assistant Head under these rules, as the Assistant Head immediately after expiry of the term of appointment of such Supervisor.]
