Section 13(1) in The Punjab Home Guards and Civil Defence (Field) Class III Service Rules, 1983

(1)In the matter of discipline, punishment and appeals, the members of the Service shall be governed by the Punjab Civil Services (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1970, as amended from time to time.
