Section 13(2) in Rajasthan Home Guards Rules, 1962
(2)Subject to the supervision and control of the Commandant-General. each Commandant shall exercise supervision and control overate working of the Home Guards under his Command. He shall be responsible to the Commandant-General and the State Government for the efficient working, discipline, administration and training of the Home Guards under his command.
