Section 7(1) in Lucknow Industrial Development Areas (Composition of Offences) Regulation, 2017
(1)If in any case any composable construction work comes under more than one types of illegal construction works the composition fee will be charged together with the fee due for illegal construction work. The composition fee will be charged separately for every floor but composition fee will not be payable separately as floor area ratio for composable land coverage.
