25. Grant of Certificates of Competency to Supervisors.
(1)Every candidate who qualifies the examination as mentioned in rule 23, shall be granted a Certificate of Competency in Form B:Provided further that the Board may, without requiring a candidate to sit for the oral examinations and practical tests, grant a Certificate of Competency in Parts 1, 2 and 11 in Form B to a candidate who holds a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering issued or recognized by the State Government and has a minimum of one year or three years of requisite practical experience respectively.(2)Size and Format of Form-B may be varied in case of Computer printing or in the form of displayable Identity (ID) card as decided by the Board.
