Section 28(1) in Punjab State Veterinary Council Rules, 1997
(1)The President, members of the and members of the committees and sub-committees constituted under Section 40 (other than the members of the Punjab Council) be paid travelling allowance for attending meetings of the Punjab Council or committees or sub-committees as per entitlement in thier departments or organisations and they will draw travelling allowance from their respective departments, organisations or the Punjab Council as the case may be.
