18.
No licencee shall employ to assist him in his business in any capacity whatsoever, any person whose employment the Collector has in the interest of the general public, forbidden, or any person suffering from an infectious or contagious disease.I - Rules prohibiting printing, publishing and selling of any newspapers, books, leaflet, booklet or other publication, containing any advertisement, commending or soliciting the use of any intoxicant etc.
