Section 49A(12) in The West Bengal Factories Rules, 1958
(12)The shunting jamadar: - (a) Every locomotive or wagon in motion in a factory shall be in charge of a properly trained jamadar.(b)Before authorizing a locomotive or wagon to be moved, the shunting jamadar shall satisfy himself that no person is under or in between or in front of the locomotive or wagon.
