Section 87B(1) in The Goa, Daman and Diu Public Health Act, 1985
(1)No substance or article of food containing tobacco or any other ingredients of tobacco, including cigarettes, pan masala, gutkha, beedies, cigars, chewing tobacco shall be manufactured for sale, sold, stored, stocked or distributed or exhibited for sale or consumed by any person within a distance of 50 meters from the following Institutions/places:
