Section 41(1) in The Maharashtra Animal and Fishery Sciences University Act, 1998
(1)The University shall establish a research service. The Research and Experiment Stations of the University shall be conducted by it as Constituent Research Institutions in such manner and with such suitable changes as the University may consider appropriate.
