(1)Subject to the provisions of sub-section (2), the following persons shall be entitled to have their names entered in the Register of Registered Graduates or to be Registered Graduates, namely, persons -(a)who are graduates of the University;(b)who are graduates of the University of Bombay constituted under the Indian University Act, 1904, the Bombay University Act. 1928, or the Bombay University Act, 1953, and(c)who, being graduates of any other University, are recognised as Registered Graduates, as prescribed by the Statutes.
