Information sought:
The appellant through RTI application had sought information relating to his request to appoint him as postman:
1- Why the applicant was not appointed as Postman? Further, in para 5 of page 3 of the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chennai documents, it has been asked to appoint only one Postman in SC Category in Superannuation vacancy. 2- In your reply to the document of CAT Chennai, in para number 7 of page number 4, it has been pointed out that 7 postmen post were appointed in SC category in Superannuation vacancies and they are working at Dharmapuri Division, based on the Roaster point. The names of the postmen who were appointed in the Superannuation vacancies under SC category, there data of appointment, also the place in which they are working at present.
Grounds for the Second Appeal:
The information was denied under Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act.

The following were present Appellant: Mr. A. N. Jamberi through VC Respondent: Mr. M Srirangan CPIO through VC The appellant stated that he has been provided the names of 7 postmen but he wants the names in the order of seniority. The CPIO stated that he will provide the information.Page 1 of 2

The CPIO should provide the information as above to the appellant within 7 days from the date of receipt of this order.
