Section 34(1) in Andhra Pradesh Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant or person appointed or authorised under this Act, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or in pursuance of any order made or directions issued under this Act.
