34. Protection of action taken in good faith.
(1)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against any public servant or person appointed or authorised under this Act, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or in pursuance of any order made or directions issued under this Act.(2)No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer of the Government for any damage caused or likely to be caused by any thing which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act or in pursuance of any order made or directions issued under this Act.(3)Any action or act done by any public servant in the absence of good faith as determined by the Authority shall not be covered under the protection given
