Section 42(1) in Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority (Employees Service) Regulations, 2015
(1)Accident Leave may be granted to an employee who sustains an injury in the course of the performance of his duties, for the period for which leave is certified by the Medical Officer of the Authority to be necessary for recovery from the injury.
