Section 279(2) in The Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961
(2)A copy of any order made by the Head of the Department under subsection (1) shall be forwarded by him to the Zilla Parishad, the Standing Committee and the Subjects Committee concerned.
