Section 33 in Himachal Pradesh Universities of Agriculture, Horticulture and Forestry Act, 1986
33. Librarian.
(1)There shall be a Librarian in the University who shall be responsible to the Vice-Chancellor for all matters concerning the library.(2)The Librarian shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred or imposed upon him by the Statutes.
