Section 33 in The Orissa Statistics and Economics Service Rules, 1979
33. Passing the Examination.
(1)A probationer who has passed the examination shall be deemed to have passed it on the last day on which the examination was held or if he has passed the examination by instalments, on the last day of the examination in which he finally passed.(2)The name of probationers who have passed the examination shall be published by the Secretary of the Board in the Gazette.
