Section 26(1) in The M.P. Chechak Tika Adhiniyam, 1968
(1)No person shall produce, or attempt to produce in any person by inoculation with variolous matter or by wilful exposure to variolous matter or to anything impregnated therewith, or wilfully by any other means the disease of smallpox in any person.
