Section 216(4) in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994
(4)Any person who contravenes any of the provisions of sub-Section (1) or sub-Section (2) shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to six months, or with fine which may extend to two thousand rupees or with both.
