Section 9(3)(d) in The Orissa Civil Services (Commutation of Pension) Rules, 1992

(d)If on the determination of final pension, the applicant becomes entitled to commute a sum exceeding five hundred rupees, he shall, for commutation of pension exceeding rupees five hundred, be required to apply afresh in Form 2.
