Section 15(1) in C.U. Shah University First Statutes 2013
(1)The Board of Management shall consist of the following persons, namely:--(a)the President;(b)the Provost,(c)two members of the Governing Body, to be nominated by the Sponsoring Body;(d)two persons, who are not the members of the Governing Body, to be nominated by the Sponsoring Body;(e)three persons from amongst the faculty members of the University, to be nominated by the Sponsoring Body; and(f)one faculty member, to be nominated by the President.
