Section 3(1) in Certificate Courses to Professional Diploma Courses (Regulation of Admission and Payment of Fees) Rules, 2013
(1)The admissions to the Second Year of the Professional Diploma Courses on all the supernumerary seats shall be given on the basis of merit list prepared by the Admission Committee.
