(3)Officers authorised for verification.-Consignments, destined for use in distilleries in Uttar Pradesh shall be verified by the Excise Inspector in charge of the distillery concerned or any other person authorised by the Controller in this behalf in the presence of the distillers or their representatives and result noted on the back of the pass.
